Fulcrum provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services for the relocation of a best-in-class healthcare system’s main data center. The Tier 3 data center is now housed in a renovated campus that includes an outpatient treatment center, which was also commissioned by Fulcrum. The new data center is configured for N+1 redundancy, with emergency power supplied via segregated generators, double-ended switchgear, and uninterruptible power systems. The mission-critical cooling and heating systems included glycol computer room air conditioning units with underfloor air distribution and an onsite hot water boiler plant.
