Following consolidation of data center operations from various subsidiaries under a new corporate leadership team, this major entertainment and digital media company engaged the Fulcrum Group as a technical adviser to assess the resiliency of their entire US portfolio of broadcasting facilities. Fulcrum’s technical advisory team was tasked with visiting 13 sites across the country to identify performance vulnerabilities in the critical energy infrastructure and prescribe strategies for bolstering reliability through deployment of capital and operational resources. The deliverables of the engagement included multi-year capital spending plans, conditions assessments, operational protocols development, and custom engineering operator training programs for each facility.
