The Lincoln Center is home to several internationally renowned performing arts organizations, and when the consortium undertook a gut renovation of the iconic David Geffen Hall, home of the New York Philharmonic, Fulcrum was engaged as the systems commissioning authority and Owner’s technical advisor. The $550 million renovation provided a reimagined home for the country’s oldest symphony orchestra, including all new MEP systems designed to serve 2,200 audience members.
