When New York University developed the largest project in the institution’s history – the John A. Paulson Center – they called upon Fulcrum to provide MEP Owner’s agent and project management services. Reporting to NYU’s Facilities and Construction Management leadership team, Fulcrum provided the project with dedicated MEP project management staff in addition to access to a deep bench of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals who delivered expertise and advocacy on an as-needed basis.
