One World Trade Center (OWTC) is a signature example of the power of public-private partnerships, with The Durst Organization in a Joint Venture with the Port Authority of the State of New York (PANYNJ). The iconic facility, which soars 1,776 feet above the ground, houses 3.4M GSF of beautiful commercial office space in the heart of Manhattan’s financial district. Since the facility opened in 2013, Fulcrum has provided The Durst Organization with engineering operations support and capital renewal and deferred maintenance program management services. Fulcrum maintains a dedicated staff of engineers and project managers on the OWTC site and is responsible for planning and implementation of a wide variety of MEP infrastructure renewal projects.
