Fulcrum was engaged to provide comprehensive commissioning and technical advisory services for The Rockefeller University’s transformative River Campus project. The ambitious development added 2 acres and 175K GSF of state-of-the-art research space to this prestigious urban campus.
Building systems and equipment commissioned include:
- Two 500-ton electric centrifugal chillers
- Two cooling two cells and associated pumping
- Chilled water and condensate piping
- Steam generators for humidification
- Five 50,000 CFM air handling units
- Fume hood exhaust and associated alarm systems
- 5kv electric feeder and switchgear
- 1,500 kW emergency power generator
- Laboratory gases/laboratory waste/reverse osmosis water system
