When The Durst Organization set out to convert an industrial waterfront area into a vibrant residential community with real sustainability elements, they called upon the Fulcrum Group to provide technical advisory, commissioning, and operations support. The multi-phase development’s long-term master plan includes over 2.4M GSF of mixed-use space, including luxury residential, retail, and dining space, in addition to an elementary school on the East River in New York City. With the first three buildings erected and in commercial operation, Fulcrum remains engaged as a critical member of the project team.
