The Lyric Theatre is one of New York City’s most adored venues. Located in the heart of Times Square, this iconic hall has been a home for Broadway shows for more than 120 years. Prior to premiering the critically renowned new show, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the Owners undertook a complete renovation of the facility that installed all new heating, cooling, and ventilating infrastructure. The Fulcrum Group was hired as the Commissioning Authority for the project, and participated in design reviews, construction QA/QC, and systems startup before spearheading the final functional performance testing program.
